β1肾上腺素受体(β1-adrenergicreceptor)阻断剂。Atenolol在豚⿏左⼼室膜β1肾上腺素受体处的Ki为

697nM。阿替洛尔可⽤于⾼⾎压和⼼绞痛的研究[1][2]。
