BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性BRI-50460是⼀种具有⾎脑屏障穿透性的胞质钙依赖性磷脂酶A2(cPLA2)的抑制剂，IC50为0.88nM。BRI-

50460通过抑制cPLA2，调节下游炎症脂质信号通路，减轻淀粉样蛋⽩β42低聚物对cPLA2激活、tau蛋⽩

过度磷酸化以及突触和树突减少的影响，从⽽发挥调节神经炎症、恢复脂质稳态的活性。BRI-50460可⽤于阿

尔茨海默病及其他神经退⾏性疾病领域的研究[1]。
