区域电网灵活性资源概述与量化分析

摘要：大规模风光发电导致区域电网电力供需平衡难度加大，传统调节方式难以满足高比例新能源电网功率平衡需求。综述了

区域电网灵活性的概念与基本理论，全方位探析了系统灵活性需求和供给的来源，构建了灵活性资源量化模型，结合算例对不

同风光负荷波动场景下的系统灵活性进行分析，为实现灵活性资源有效管理、提升电网运行经济性提供支撑。

Abstract:Large-scalewindpowergenerationleadstoincreaseddifficultyinbalancingpowersupplyanddemandinregionalpower

grids,andtraditionalregulationmethodsaredifficulttomeetthepowerbalancedemandofpowergridswithahighproportionofnew

energy.Tothisend,thispaperreviewstheconceptandbasictheoryofregionalpowergridflexibility,analyzesthesourcesofsystem

flexibilitydemandandsupplyinanall-roundway,constructsaquantitativemodelofflexibilityresources,andanalyzesthesystem

flexibilityunderdifferentscenariosofwindandsolarloadfluctuationsincombinationwithexamples,soastoprovidesupportfor

realizingtheeffectivemanagementofflexibilityresourcesandenhancingtheeconomicperformanceofpowergridoperation.
