BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性LactoquinomycinA是⼀种醌类抗⽣素。LactoquinomycinA具有抗⾰兰⽒阳性菌和部分⾰兰⽒阴性菌的活性

，但抗⾰兰⽒阴性菌作⽤较弱，对真菌⽆作⽤。LactoquinomycinA对多种细胞株包括淋巴瘤L5178Y祖细胞

、阿霉素耐药细胞、博来霉素耐药细胞、⼈⽩⾎病K562细胞、⼩⿏⽩⾎病L-1210细胞和⼩⿏⽩⾎病P388细

胞均有抑制作⽤，ID50（μg/mL）分别为0.02、0.006、0.008、0.033、0.013和0.03。
