01WhatisUnaccompaniedMinor?1.An‘unaccompaniedminor’,commonlyknownas‘UM’,isachildbetween5and12,whoistravellingalonewithoutaparent,guardianorresponsibleadult.

02WhatisUnaccompaniedMinorService?UnaccompaniedMinorService(UMS)isthespecialservicewhichairlinesprovidetoguideandassistunaccompaniedchildren.?Departingminorsareaccompaniedfromthecheck-indesk,allthewaytotheDeparturesGate,andensuretheyboardtheflight.Arrivingminorscanbeescortedtothedrop-offpointsattheArrivals.

1)Applicationmaketherequestoverthephoneorattheticketofficewhenbooking,fillouttheUnaccompaniedMinorServiceApplicationForm72hourspriortodeparturetime;namingthepick-upanddrop-offpersons.2)FaresDomestic:50%ofthenormaladultfare;Internationalandregional:Faresarechargedaspertherulesapplicabletounaccompaniedminors.3)TravelDocumentsChildrenpurchaseticketswithvalidIDdocuments,suchasIDcard,householdregister(under16yearsold),andpassport,andcheckinwiththesameoriginaldocumentsusedatthetimeofticketpurchase.4)FreeBaggageAllowanceChildrenwhopurchaseticketsatthecorrespondingchildfareareentitledtothefreebaggageallowancecorrespondingtotheclassoftheirtickets.
