Abstract—Large-scaleitineraryplanningisavariantoftheautomateditineraryplanninghasgainedincreasingattention,

travelingsalesmanproblem,aimingtodetermineanoptimalofferingtravelersmoreefficientandpersonalizedsolutions[4].

paththatmaximizesthecollectedpointsofinterest(POIs)scoresAutomateditineraryplanningalgorithmscanbebroadly

constraints.Thispaperanalyzesthedecomposabilityoflarge-categorizedintoexactandapproximatemethods.Exactal-

scaleitineraryplanning,provingthatstrictdecomposabilitygorithms,suchasmixed-integerlinearprogramming[5]and

2isdifficulttosatisfy,andintroducesaweakdecomposabilitygeneralalgebraicmodelingsystems[6],guaranteeoptimal
