炼油厂循环水系统常见腐蚀问题分析及防护对策

摘要：随着全球能源需求的增长，炼油行业作为现代工业的重要组成部分，承担着提供大量石油产品和服务的任务。然而，受多种因素

影响，在炼油过程中，循环水系统的腐蚀问题日益突出。循环冷却水是炼油厂中最常用的介质，不仅能够维持生产设备的正常温度，还起

到节约水资源和保护环境的作用。在炼油厂中，若未能有效控制循环水系统的腐蚀速率，将导致设备和管道泄漏，严重扰乱正常运营，造

成极大的经济损失。因此，分析炼油厂循环水系统常见的腐蚀问题，并探讨相应的防护措施具有重要意义。通过采取恰当的防腐策略，炼

油厂能够更好地应对挑战，实现高效且安全的运作，在减少维护成本的同时提高生产效率和安全性。

Abstract：Withthegrowthofglobalenergydemand,theoilrefiningindustry,asanimportantpartofmodernindustry,undertakesthetask

ofprovidingalargenumberofpetroleumproductsandservices.However,influencedbyavarietyoffactors,thecorrosionproblemofcirculatingwa-

tersystemisbecomingmoreandmoreprominentintheoilrefiningprocess.Circulatingcoolingwateristhemostcommonlyusedmediuminoilre-

fineries,whichnotonlymaintainsthenormaltemperatureofproductionequipment,butalsoplaysaroleinsavingwaterresourcesandprotecting

theenvironment.Inrefineries,failuretoeffectivelycontrolthecorrosionrateofthecirculatingwatersystemwillleadtoequipmentandpipelineleak-

age,seriouslydisruptingnormaloperationsandcausinggreateconomiclosses.Therefore,itisofgreatsignificancetoanalyzethecommoncorrosion

problemsofcirculatingwatersystemsinoi
