【摘要】Objective:Toobservetheclinicaleffectsofpidomodeinthe
treatmentoflobarMycoplasmapneumoniaepneumonia(MPP)in
children,andevaluateitseffectoncellularimmunefunction.
Methods:Forty-fourchildrenwithlobarMPPwererandomlydividedinto
groupAandgroupB,and30healthychildrenweresetascontrolgroup.
GroupBweretreatedwithazithromycin(10mg·kg-1·d-1eachtime)for3
coursesoftreatmemt,andthegroupAweretreatedwithazithromycin
combinedwithpidotimod(0.4g/d)for2months.ThelevelsofT
lymphocytesubsetsinthreegroupbeforetreatmentandafter2monthsof
treatmentweredetectedusingflowcytometry,andtheclinicaleffect
betweengroupAandBwascompared.Results:Beforetreatment,the
serumlevelsofCD3+,CD4+andCD4+/CD8+inlobarMPPgroup
significantlydecreased,andthelevelofCD8+increasedcomparedwith
thecontrolgroup(P0.01).Aftertreatment,theserumlevelsofCD3+,CD4
+andCD4+/CD8+ingroupAsignificantlyincreasedcomparedwith
beforetreatment(P0.01),andthedifferenceofwhichingroupBbetween
beforeandaftertreatmentwasnotstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).After
treatment,thedifferencesoftheserumlevelsofCD3+,CD4+andCD4+
/CD8+betweengroupAandgroupBwerestatisticallysignificant(P0.
01),andthedifferenceofthelevelofserumCD8+intwogroupsbetween
beforeandaftertreatmentwasnotstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).From
thebeginningoftreatmenttofollowfor6months,theclinicalcurative
effectingroupAwasbetterthanthatingroupB(P0.01).
Conclusions:Cellularimmunefunctiondisorderexistsinlobar
MPP,pidotimodcanregulatetheimmunebalance,strengthen
immunity,andimprovetheclinicalcurativeeffectinchildrenwithlobar
