Introduction

Thisdocumentservesastherenewaloftheleaseagreement(the“OriginalLease”)between[LandlordsFullName](hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Landlord”)and[TenantsFullName](hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Tenant”)forthepropertylocatedat[FullAddressoftheProperty](hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Property”).

AcknowledgmentofOriginalLease

TheTenantacknowledgesthattheOriginalLeasewasexecutedon[OriginalLeaseEffectiveDate],andthesameremainsinfullforceandeffectuntiltheexpirationofthetermsetforthinsaidlease.TheTenantfurtheracknowledgesthatalltermsandconditionsoftheOriginalLease,exceptasmodifiedherein,shallremaininfullforceandeffectunderthisRenewalofLeaseAgreement.

RenewalTerm

TheLandlordandTenantherebyagreetorenewtheOriginalLeaseforatermof[DurationofRenewal](the“RenewalTerm”)commencingon[RenewalEffectiveDate]andendingon[RenewalExpirationDate].

Rent

SecurityDeposit
