本科层次职业教育赋能新质生产力：

内在机理、现实困境与实践进路

[摘 要]新质生产力伴随着时代洪流和科技意蕴而生，与本科职业教育高度契合，具有内在一致性。一方面,

新质生产力力促生产关系变革，为新时期本科职业教育把舵定航；另一方面,本科职业教育推动技能人才队伍建设，

为新质生产力发展蓄势赋能。当前，本科层次职业教育发展刚刚起步，在服务新质生产力方面存在一些问题亟待改

进。破解本科层次职业教育赋能新质生产力之困境，需要坚持以新质生产力为导向，树立教育、科技、人才协调发展

的“大职教观”，坚持“与时俱进”原则调整优化本科层次职业教育专业设置、课程体系、实践教学模式，融入“产

学研用”理念，探索产教融合、校企合作、校社合作新模式，构建新质生产力与本科职业教育融合发展的职教人才支

撑体系。

Abstract:Thenewqualityproductivityisbornwiththetideofthetimesandtheimplicationofscienceand

technology,whichiscloselyconnectedwithundergraduatevocationaleducation,andhasinherentconsistency.For

onething,thenewqualityproductiveforcespromotethetransformationofproductionrelations,servingasacompass

forundergraduatevocationaleducationinthenewera.Foranother,undergraduatevocationaleducationpromotesthe

constructionofskilledpersonnelteams,providingmomentumforthedevelopmentofnewqualityproductiveforces.

Atpresent,undergraduatevocationaleducationisstillinitsinfancyintermsofdevelopment,andtherearesome

problemsinservingnewqualityproductiveforcesthatneedtobeimproved.Tobreakthedilemmaof
