新质生产力背景下数字政府标准化建设的关键问题及工作建议

摘要：习近平总书记在黑龙江考察期间首次提出新质生产力，强调要整合科技创新资源，引领发展战略性新兴产业和未

来产业，加快形成新质生产力。所谓新质生产力，是以科技创新为主的生产力，是摆脱了传统增长路径、符合高质量发展要

求的生产力。新质生产力背景下，数字政府的角色、价值与定位发生重大变化，已经成为引领数字经济发展和数字社会建

设、推进中国式现代化的重要驱动力。本文通过梳理当前数字政府标准化建设的工作现状，研究数字政府标准化工作的关

键问题和挑战，为新质生产力背景下数字政府标准化建设提出一些思考和建议。

Abstract:Newqualityproductiveforces,firstputforwardbyChinesePresidentXiJinpingduringhisinspectionin

Heilongjiang,emphasizeintegratingtechnologicalinnovationresources,leadingthedevelopmentofstrategicemerging
