摘要

随着企业规模的不断扩大和业务的日益复杂，合同管理成为了企业管理中不可或缺的一环。在企业合同管理系统中管理员不仅需要管理个人信息，还需要承担起法务人员、业务人员等角色的管理职责。管理员还需负责合同模板、合同内容、执行情况、履行情况、归档情况、合同分类、合同变更以及投诉处理等多方面的工作。这些功能的设计旨在帮助企业实现合同管理的数字化、规范化和高效化。本系统以需求为依据，根据需求分析结果进行了系统的设计。将主要参与者划分为管理员、法务人员、业务人员三种角色，每种角色都有其特定的功能模块。而法务人员则可能更侧重于合同模板的管理和合同内容的审核等工作。业务人员则可能更多地涉及到合同的执行情况和履行情况的跟踪。

本系统主要利用B/S开发模式进行高内聚低耦合的设计，采用目前市场主流的技术Springboot框架，基于B/S开发模式，应用Java开发语言和MySQL数据库完成项目构建、测试、完善等工作。通过这种方式，我们可以确保系统的可扩展性、可维护性和安全性。

ABSTRACT

Withthecontinuousexpansionofenterprisescaleandtheincreasingcomplexityofbusiness,contractmanagementhasbecomeanindispensablepartofenterprisemanagement.Intheenterprisecontractmanagementsystem,administratorsnotonlyneedtomanagepersonalinformation,butalsoneedtoassumethemanagementresponsibilitiesoflegalpersonnel,businesspersonnel,andotherroles.Administratorsarealsoresponsibleforcontracttemplates,contractcontent,executionstatus,performancestatus,archivingstatus,contractclassification,contractchanges,andcomplainthandling.Thedesignofthesefunctionsaimstohelpenterprisesachievedigitalization,standardization,andefficiencyincontractmanagement.Thissystemisdesignedbasedonrequirementsandtheresultsofrequirementanalysis.Dividethemainparticipantsintothreeroles:administrators,legalpersonnel,andbusinesspersonnel,eachwithitsspecificfunctionalmodules.Legalpersonnelmayfocusmoreonmanagingcontracttemplatesandreviewingcontractcontent.Businesspersonnelmaybemoreinvolvedintrackingtheexecutionandperformanceofcontracts.

ThissystemmainlyutilizestheB/Sdevelopmentmodeforhighcohesionandlowcouplingdesign,adoptingthecurrentmainstreamtechnologySpringbootframeworkinthemarket.BasedontheB/Sdevelopmentmode,theprojectconstruction,testing,andimprovementarecompletedusing
