Introduction:

ThisTenancyAgreement(the“Agreement”)ismadebetweentheLandlordandtheTenantinrelationtotheProperty.TheLandlordherebygrantstheTenantalease(the“Lease”)ofthePropertysubjecttothetermsandconditionssetoutherein.

1.TermoftheLease:

TheLeaseshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[NumberofYears]years(the“Term”)unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.

2.Rent:

TheTenantshallpaytotheLandlordarentof[Amount]per[Frequency](the“Rent”)payableinadvance.TheRentshallbepaidonorbeforethe[Date]ofeach[Frequency].

3.SecurityDeposit:
