中药“逢子必炒”理论沿革与现代科学研究

［摘要］中药炮制是一门传统的制药技术，包括修制、水制、火制、水火共制等技术，其中火制方法中的炒制是常用的炮制方法之一，中药炮制自古流传着“逢子必炒”的重要理论。药物经炒制后有利于有效成分煎出，去除非药用部位，降低毒性，缓和药性，达到减毒增效的目的。该文通过“逢子必炒”的历史考证对“逢子必炒”理论的形成及发展进行验证，结合“逢子必炒”物质基础、药动学和药理作用机制变化等多方面探究“逢子必炒”的炮制内涵，为进一步验证、发扬“逢子必炒”炮制理论及指导临床合理用药提供科学凭据。
