卵巢硬化性间质瘤MR影像特点分析

【摘要】目的：探讨卵巢硬化性间质瘤（OSST)的MR表现特点，提高对该疾病影像诊断正确率，减少误

诊漏诊。方法：回顾性分析13例经我院手术病理证实的卵巢硬化性间质瘤MR影像表现。结果：13例均为单发，

左侧7例，右侧6例。10例囊实性、3例实性。实性者信号均匀。囊实性病例中8例实性成分为主者，呈等－稍

长T1等－长T2信号；2例以囊性为主，实质部分呈等T2、囊性部分呈长T2信号，内壁见结节样影，局部“梳

齿”样改变。本组13个病例增强动脉期均见病灶外周呈斑片状、结节状或梳齿状强化，静脉期、延迟期肿瘤实性

部分渐进性、向心性强化。结论：卵巢硬化性间质瘤MRI强化形式颇具特征性，结合临床相关资料，可提高对此

病的正确诊断率。

[Abstract]Objective:ToinvestigatetheMRfindingsofOvarianSclerosingStromalTumor,andtoimprovethe

correctdiagnosisrateofthedisease.Methods:TheMRImanifestationsof13patientswithOSSTwhowereproved

pathologicallyinourhospitalwereanalyzedretrospectively.Results:Allofthe13patientsweresolitarywithsevenleft

sidedcasesandsixrightsidedcases.Tumorsweredividedintosecondtypes:solid3cases,cysticsolid10cases.Therewas

3caseofsolidmasswithuniformsignal.Thesignaloftumorsin8caseswhosemostcomponentissolidweremixedwithTIWI

oflowandequalsignalandT2WIofhigh.TwocasesoftumorshowedequalsignalinT2WI,andthecysticpartshowedlong

T2signal.Nodeandpapillaecouldbeseeninitsinnerwallwiththeshapeofcomblocally.MRIenhancementscanning

showedtheedgeoftumorhadobviouslyenhancementwiththenodular,orcomb-likeenhancement.inthearterialphase,

andthesolidpartofthetumorhadprogressiveandcentripetalenhancementinthevenousandthedelayedphase.
