Recitals:

WHEREAS,PartyAisengagedinthebusinessofinternationalairfreightforwardingandhasthenecessaryqualificationsandcapabilitiestoprovidesuchservices;

WHEREAS,PartyBrequirestheservicesofPartyAforthepurposeofinternationalairfreightforwarding;

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementshereinaftersetforth,thepartiesagreeasfollows:

1.ScopeofServices

PartyAagreestoprovideinternationalairfreightforwardingservicestoPartyBinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetforthinthisContract.Thescopeofservicesincludes,butisnotlimitedto,thefollowing:

a)Bookingandissuingairwaybillsforthetransportationofgoods;

b)Arrangingandcoordinatingthetransportationofgoodsair;

c)Providingcustomsclearanceservicesforthegoods;

d)Ensuringthesafetyandintegrityofthegoodsduringtransportation;

e)Providinginsuranceservicesforthegoods,uponrequest.

2.FeesandPayment

2.1ThefeesfortheservicesprovidedPartyAshallbeasfollows:
