摘要：对欧盟SafetyGate系统近3年通报的服饰及鞋包产品召回情况和召回原因进行了概述性分析，并结合欧盟法规标准

要求，对欧盟市场上服饰及鞋包产品召回的主要原因：儿童服装绳带危害、REACH法规不合规、儿童产品小部件脱落、

持久性有机污染物超标、RoHS2.0指令不合规进行了深度剖析，为我国服饰及鞋包企业欧盟市场出口合规提出了合理性管

控建议。

cessivepersistentorganicpollutants,andnon-compliancewiththeRoHS2.0directive,andreasonablecontrolsuggestionswereput

forwardfortheexportcomplianceofChineseapparel,footwearandluggageproductsenterprisesintheEUmarket.
