ABSTRACT

Regionaleconomicresiliencereferstotheabilityofregionalandlocaleconomiestoresistandrestorethemarket,competitionandenvironmentalimpactthataffecttheeconomicdevelopmentpath.Studyingtheeconomicresiliencedevelopmentleveloftheprefecture-levelcitiesinHebeiProvinceandputforwardreliabilitysuggestionsfortheeconomicdevelopmentofHebeiProvinceduringthe14thFive-YearPlanperiod,andenhancetheeconomicriskresponseabilityofHebei

Province.

Thispaperisbasedonthestudyofresilience,buildtheresilience,resistanceandinnovationastheintegrationofeconomicresilienceevaluationindexsystemandusetheentropymethodtodeterminetheindexweightin2006-2022,exploringtheeconomicresilienceofeconomicresiliencedevelopmentregionalplatedifferences,exploringtheprefecturecityeconomictoughnessdevelopmentdifferences.Thenon-referencemethodisusedtoanalyzetheinfluencingfactorsofthelevelofeconomicresilience,exploringwhetherthereisasignificantdifferenceintheimpactontheeconomicresiliencedevelopmentinHebeiProvinceduringthe12thFive-YearPlanperiodandthe13thFive-YearPlanperiod,andputforwardreasonablesuggestionsfortheeconomicconstruction

duringthe14thFive-YearPlanperiod.

Conclusion:①thethreetrendofeconomicresilienceinHebeiprovincefrom2006to2022allontherise,Thegrowthrateofresilienceismoresignificant;②Theeconomicresilienceofthethreemajorcitiesisrisingsteadily,andtheeconomicresilienceofsecond-tiercitiesisslightlyhigherthanothers;③TheeconomicresiliencelevelofHebeiprovinceiscloselyrelatedtomanyindicators;④Duringthe13thFive-YearPlanperiod,theeconomicresilience,resilienceandevolutionabilityofHebeiprovincehaveanoverallpositivetrendcomparedwiththe12thFive-YearPlanperiod,butitstillneedstobeimproved.Suggestions:①Theeconomicres
