普通车床常见的故障诊断与保养维修方法分析

【摘要】近年来，随着制造业和自动化技术的高速发展，对产品提出了更高的设计精度、更多

功能的特殊复杂要求。因此，管好用好车床，充分发挥每台车床的功能和加工效率，提高设

备的利用率是获得良好的经济效益的基础。结合当下实际，分析了对普通车床使用故障发

生的主要原因，提出了普通车床使用过程中的常见故障以及解决措施，以求能够高效解决普

通车床在实际运用中出现的故障。

关键词：普通车床；故障维修；排除方法

【Abstract】Inrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentofmanufacturingandautomation

technology,specialandcomplexrequirementshavebeenputforwardforproductswithhigher

designaccuracyandmorefunctions.Therefore,managingandusingmachinetoolswell,fully

leveragingthefunctionsandprocessingefficiencyofeachmachinetool,andimprovingequipment

utilizationarethebasisforachievinggoodeconomicbenefits.Throughanalyzingthemaincauses

ofmalfunctionsintheuseofordinarymachinetoolsbasedoncurrentreality,andproposes

commonfaultsandsolutionsduringtheuseofordinarymachinetools,inordertoefficientlysolve

thefaultsthatoccurinpracticaluseofordinarymachinetools.

1引言以CA6140普通卧式车床为例，其结构组成可分为

普通车床，在机械加工过程中最常见、机械加工设进给箱、主轴箱、溜板箱、光杠、丝杠、刀架、车床尾座等。
