摘要

本研究主要探讨了慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的肺康复护理及其管理模式。通过阐述肺康复的理论依据，我们详细介绍了肺康复护理的具体措施，包括呼吸功能训练、运动训练、氧疗康复、营养支持、音乐疗法、中医肺康复以及多学科团队合作等方面。同时，我们也对肺康复效果的评价方法进行了讨论，包括肺功能检查、呼吸困难程度评估、运动耐力测试以及生活质量评分等。在管理模式方面，我们分析了康复机构管理、社区康复管理、自行居家康复以及联合康复管理等不同模式的优缺点。研究发现，以互联网为基础的信息管理服务将是今后肺功能康复发展的主要方向，能够为肺部康复病人提供大量的数据支持，并在后续病情追踪中发挥重要作用。

ABSTRACT

Thisstudymainlyexploresthepulmonaryrehabilitationnursingandmanagementmodeforpatientswithchronicobstructivepulmonarydisease.Byelaboratingonthetheoreticalbasisofpulmonaryrehabilitation,wehaveprovidedadetailedintroductiontothespecificmeasuresofpulmonaryrehabilitationnursing,includingrespiratoryfunctiontraining,exercisetraining,oxygentherapyrehabilitation,nutritionalsupport,musictherapy,traditionalChinesemedicinepulmonaryrehabilitation,andinterdisciplinaryteamcooperation.Atthesametime,wealsodiscussedtheevaluationmethodsforlungrehabilitationeffects,includinglungfunctiontests,assessmentofrespiratorydistress,exerciseendurancetests,andqualityoflifescores.Intermsofmanagementmode,weanalyzedtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofdifferentmodessuchasrehabilitationinstitutionmanagement,communityrehabilitationmanagement,self-directedhomerehabilitation,andjointrehabilitationmanagement.ThestudyfoundthattheInternetbasedinformationmanagementservicewillbethemaindirectionofthedevelopmentofpulmonaryfunctionrehabilitationinthefuture,whichcanprovidealargeamountofdatasupportforpulmonaryrehabilitationpatientsandplayanimportantroleinthefollow-updiseasetracking.
