这个学期我学习了《信息系统开发方法与工具》这门课程，通过

老师的淳淳教诲，我受益匪浅，以下是我学习的心得体会。老师的授

课方式新颖、灵活，让我们学到了很多理论知识，了解到了许多前沿

技术，拓宽了我们的视野，使我们的知识体系更加完善，还做了相关

实验，完成了相关比赛，可谓是“知行合一”。

在这门课程中，老师为我们介绍了知识、信息、数据、管理等的概念。老

师强调，管理就是决策，管理就是在恰当的时间、恰当的地点安排恰

当的人做恰当的事。与此同时，还有管理的特征，管理的对象是信息

资源和信息活动。老师讲解了信息管理的相关知识，信息管理贯穿于

整个管理过程之中，有其自身的管理，同时支持其他管理活动。信息

管理有计划、组织、、控制等职能。

接下来，老师介绍了撰写商业策划书的方法，策划书要有图有表。封

面，项目名称+一句话描述。一定不要有废话，以结果为主，展

示做什么了。甚至可以提前教育我们怎么做项目，老师提出了几个W

来帮助我们明确方向。
