“双碳”目标下农村新能源产业的

发展战略分析

摘要

碳中和和碳达峰已然成为国家的重要战略目标。农村新能源丰富，大力发展农村新能源产业优势能够更

好地推进国家绿色现代化发展。然而农村生产过程中资源浪费严重，碳、硫等污染物排放不达标，能源

利用效率低，环境污染严重，因此实现农村新能源低碳转型发展是建设美好乡村，振兴农村经济的必经

之路。为此，本文首先多维度分析了我国农村商品能源和传统能源消费现状，寻找我国在实现绿色农村

发展中面临的机遇，如何应对在实现“双碳”目标的路途中遇到的挑战。客观分析农村能源发展存在的

问题，主张以“双碳”目标作为驱动、推动国家治理现代化，实现农村地区绿色发展。
