ThisContract(theContract)ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[HotelName],a[HotelType]locatedat[HotelAddress](Hotel),and[GuestName],[GuestCompanyName](Guest).
Recitals:
WHEREAS,theHotelisengagedinthebusinessofprovidingaccommodationsandrelatedservicestothepublic;and
WHEREAS,theGuestdesirestorentaroomorroomsattheHotelforaperiodoftimeasspecifiedbelow;and
WHEREAS,theHoteliswillingtorentsuchroomorroomstotheGuestuponthetermsandconditionssetforthherein.
NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandpromiseshereincontained,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:
1.RoomRental:
TheGuestagreestorentfromtheHotel,andtheHotelagreestorenttotheGuest,oneormoreroomsattheHotelfortheperiodoftimespecifiedintheattachedreservationformorasotherwiseagreeduponbetweentheparties(RentalPeriod).
2.RatesandPayment:
a.Therentalratefortheroom(s)shallbeasspecifiedintheattachedreservationformorasotherwiseagreeduponbetweentheparties(RentalRate).
b.TheGuestshallpaytheRentalRateinfulluponcheck-in.Anybalancedueaftercheck-inshallbepaidbytheGuestwithin[NumberofDays]daysoftheGuestsdeparturefromtheHotel.
c.Allpaymentsshallbemadein[Currency]unlessotherwiseagreeduponinwritingbytheHotel.
3.Check-inandCheck-out:
a.Check-intimeis[Time]andcheck-outtimeis[Time].TheGuestmayrequestanearlycheck-inorlatecheck-out,subjecttoavailabilityanduponpaymentofanyadditionalchargesasmaybeimposedbytheHotel.
b.IftheGuestfailstocheck-outbytheagreedcheck-outtime,theHotelreservestherighttochargetheGuestforanadditionaldaysstayoruntiltheroomisre-rented.
4.CancellationPolicy:
a.CancellationofthereservationmustbemadeinwritingandreceivedbytheHotel[NumberofDays]dayspriortothescheduledcheck-indatetoavoidpenalty
