—Device-to-Device(D2D)communicationallowsdirectForterspectrumutilization,underlayD2Disusuallycon-

communicationofadevicetoanotherdevicewithouttraversingasidered.Theworksin[2]and[3]investiedthepotential

basestation.TheoverlayD2DoperationletsD2DusersandofunderlayD2Dcommunicationsinimprovingthespectral

cellularusersuseorthogonalradioresources.Thereisno

interferenceweenD2Dandcellularlinks,buttheefficiencyefficiencyofcellularnetworksbyoffloadingtrafficfromthe

offrequencyreuseislow.TheunderlayD2Doperation,onthecellularnetworktotheD2Dlinks.However,underlayD2D

otherhand,allowsD2Dandcellularuserstooccupythesamecommunicationcausesinterferencetothecellularnetwork
