安全生产例会制度

根据公司质安部安全的职责要求，质安部和项目部安全

生产要定期召开安全生产，分析项目安全生产形

势，总结部署安全生产工作；定期开展安全生产检查活动，研究安全

生产奖罚事宜，参与或配合生产安全事故的处理。因此为及时准

确的掌握施工现场实际情况，做到有针对性的开展安全生产工作，特

制定本制度。

一、参会人员

1、安全生产例会由公司质安部、项目部质安科负责组织，公司

质安部由安全总监、总工程师负责主持；项目部由项目经理、项目技

术、质安科长负责主持。

2、参会人员为：安全组织机构人员参加。

二、会议制度

安全生产例会每月召开一次，召开时间为每月25日，也可根据

当前的安全重点工作和建设安全监督部重点要求，提前召

开。

三、主要职责

1.学习宣传、执行国家、及建设安全监督部有关安全

生产的方针、政策、法律、、条例、指令和规章制度等，研究制

定、各项目部意见。

2.根据上级总体要求，提出质安部、项目部安全生产指
