教案:

患者马洪飞，普通，，40岁，因2天前在上班过程中突然反复出现

胸骨后的疼痛、出汗，伴有阵发性头晕，黒矇，体检发现心率慢，行心电图检查和

心肌标志物，诊断为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病急性下壁心肌梗死心律失常完

全性传导阻滞住院后给予抗栓治疗为主的心梗后药物治疗，并择期行冠脉造

影+PCI术，好转出院，并长期冠心病二级预防治疗
