低年级小学生提升注意力的训练法

孩子不专心，通常表现为两种情况：其一是注意力飘浮不定，

专注的目标会经常转移；其二是心不在焉，常沉浸于而忘记眼

前的事情，后者其实不是注意力不集中的孩子，只是将注意放错。只

要家长老师用心帮孩子纠正，使他们将心事转移到主要事情上去，往

往会有不错的表现和成就。

首先，对刚上学的孩子的注意能力不能要求过高，在课堂上，教

师一方面通过课堂教学内容和活动来吸引学生的注意力；另一方面对

注意力集中的学生多一些关注，通过适时的提醒帮学生维持注意

力；还应该结合课堂学习内容组织一些专门的训练注意力的活

动，促进学生注意品质的提高。同时，多给这些学生以表扬鼓励，以

此强化他们的适宜行为。

其次，家长对孩子的这类问题也不能操之过急，要耐心培养孩子做

事的良好习惯和学习兴趣，这对孩子注意力的发展非常重要。家长

们可以在家里和孩子做一些专门的注意训练活动来促进注意品质的
