Recitals

WHEREAS,PartyAandPartyB(collectively,theParties)areengagedininternationalfinancialactivitiesandrecognizetheimportanceoffosteringcooperationinthefinancialsector;

WHEREAS,thePartiesdesiretoestablishaframeworkforcooperationininternationalfinancialmattersfortheyear2025;

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementscontainedherein,thePartiesagreeasfollows:

1.ScopeofCooperation

1.1ThePartiesagreetocooperateinthefieldofinternationalfinance,includingbutnotlimitedto:

FacilitatingtradeandinvestmentbetweentheParties;

Sharinginformationonfinancialmarketsandregulations;

Promotingfinancialtechnologyinnovation;

Developingfinancialproductsandservicesformutualbenefit.

1.2ThePartiesshallmakereasonableeffortstoimplementtheprovisionsofthisAgreementandshallprovidenecessarysupportandresourcestoachievetheobjectivesofthisAgreement.

2.Responsibilities

2.1PartyA:

ProvideaccurateandtimelyinformationregardingitsfinancialactivitiestoPartyB;

SupportPartyBinaccessingfinancialmarketsandservices;

FacilitatetheestablishmentofjointventuresorpartnershipswithPartyB,ifmutuallyagreed.

2.2PartyB:

ProvideaccurateandtimelyinformationregardingitsfinancialactivitiestoPartyA;
