砂石垫层施工方案

1.施工范围:整个基坑满堂铺设.（夯实法）。

2.施工准备:

2.1材料及主要机具：

2.1.1人工级配砂石：中粗砂、碎石。三:七砂石垫层.

2.1.2级配砂石材料，含泥量不宜超过3%。碎石粒径大于

20mm。

2.1.3主要机具：木夯、平板振动器、手推车、平头铁锹、喷

水用胶管、2m靠尺、小线或细铅丝、钢尺等。

2.2作业条件：

2.2.1设置控制铺筑厚度的标志:水平木桩或标高桩。

2.2.2铺筑前应在未做地基前处理完毕并隐检手续。

2.2.3检查基坑边坡是否稳定，并清除基底上的浮土和积水。

3.操作工艺:

3.1工艺流程：

检验砂石质量→分层铺筑砂石→洒水→夯实→找

平验收

3.2对级配砂石进行技术鉴定，如是人工级配砂石，应将砂石

拌合均匀，其质量均应达到设计要求或规范的规定。

3.3铺筑砂石

3.3.l铺筑砂石厚度22cm，选用平板振动器夯实,夯实不到的地
