1.目的

制定本细则的目的是为了保证培训人员评价管理规范运行、职责明

确、评价公平公正。

2.范围

本细则适用于我公司培训人员的考核管理流程

3.Responsibilities

3.1Teachinginternalverifierisresponsibleforsupervisionand

guidanceduringevaluation,andsupervisionandreviewofthe

disposaltothestuffwhobreaktheregulationduringthe

evaluation.

3.2Teachingadministrationstaffisresponsibletoorganizeandmanage

ofthetrainingevaluation,includingthatverify

examinees’qualification,setup,maintain,andmanageandthe

securetheexaminationitempool,productandreviewthe

examinationpaper,anddisposetheregulationviolators.

3.3Teachingadministrationdepartmentimplementsexamination

evaluation,theassessorisresponsibletoorganizeevaluationsand

filltherelevantrecordformandtrainingstuff’stranscript

accordingtooffshoreoilindustrytrainingorganization

evaluationrequirements.

3.4Certificationadministratorisresponsibleformakingandmanaging

thetrainingcertificationofoffshoreoilindustrytraining

organization,andregularlyreporttheregistrationinformationto

theorganization.

3.5Thefilingclerkisresponsibletopreserveandmanagethetraining
