    ofeffectorThelpercellsthatresidepredominantlyinsecondarylymphoidfollicandare

    essentialforgerminalcentreformation,affinitymaturation,andthedevelopmentofhigh-affinity

    antibodiesandmemoryBcells{;}.

    Althoughhistopathologicalfeaturesdefinetheindividualentitieswithinthisgroup,thereis

    considerablemorphologicaloverlapandinterobservervariability.Characteristichistological

    featuresmightnotbesampledincorebiopsies,andmorphologicalsticityatdiagnosisand

    relapseiswellrecognized{}.Theclinicalandimmunophenotypicoverlapofthe

    relatedentities{;},aswellassimilaritiesintheirTFHgenesignatures
