ThisPartTimeEnglishTranslationCollaborationContract(VersionB,Revision8)ismadeandenteredintoasof[InsertDate]byandbetweenthefollowingparties:

[TranslatorsFullName],hereinafterreferredtoasTranslator,

And

[CompanysFullName],hereinafterreferredtoasCompany.

WHEREAS,theCompanyrequirestranslationservicesfromtheTranslatorforvariousdocuments,materials,andcommunications;and

WHEREAS,theTranslatorpossessesthenecessaryskills,expertise,andqualificationstoprovidesuchtranslationservices;

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementssetforthherein,thepartiesagreeasfollows:

1.Services

a.TheTranslatoragreestoprovideEnglishtranslationservicesfortheCompany,whichmayinclude,butarenotlimitedto,translatingdocuments,reports,marketingmaterials,andothercommunicationsfrom[OriginalLanguage]toEnglish.

b.TheTranslatorshallperformthetranslationserviceswithreasonableskill,care,anddiligence,andinaccordancewiththestandardsandpracticesgenerallyacceptedinthetranslationindustry.

c.TheTranslatoragreestocompletethetranslationwithintheagreedupontimeline,asspecifiedintheprojectbriefprovidedbytheCompany.

2.Compensation

a.TheCompanyagreestopaytheTranslatorafeeof[InsertAmount]per[hour/word/page],asspecifiedintheprojectproposalsubmittedbytheTranslator.

b.PaymentshallbemadebytheCompanywithin[InsertNumber]daysofreceivingthecompletedtranslation,unlessotherwiseagreeduponbybothparties.

c.TheTranslatorshallissueaninvoicetotheCompanyuponcompletionofeachproject,detailingtheservicesprovidedandtheamountdue.

3.Confidentiality

a.TheTranslatoragreestomaintainstrictconfidentialitywithrespecttoallinformationandmaterialsprovidedbytheCompany,includingbutnotlimitedto,tradesecrets,clientlists,andanyothe
