    TheContractorguaranteesthattheworkswillbeachievedasperthesignedCompletion

    Schedule.

    Itisrequiredsubcontractortoarrangeatleasttwotechnicalengineerswhocan

    speakEnglisharriveatsiteandcontrolsiteworkmanagement.Iftheengineer’s

    technologyandcommunicationabilitycannotsatisfyrequirementsofthecontractor,

    thecontractorhasrighttorequestforotherqualifiedengineerstoarrivedatsite.

    Thesubcontractorwillbeimposingafineof2000DHperdayfortheengineer’s

    absencefromthesubcontractor’spayment.

    Thecontractorhastherighttorequirethesiteprojectmanagerofthe

    subcontractorhavemeetingregularlytodiscusstheconstructionprogress.Afterthe

    contractorsendsnoticetothesiteprojectmanagerforthemeeting,iftheabsenceof

    thesiteprojectmanageroccurredwithoutthecontractor’sapproval,the

    subcontractorwillbeimposeafineof2000DHeachabsencetime

    Thesubcontractorshallsubmitthedailyprogressreporttothecontractorbefore

    18:00pmeverydayandsubmitweeklynningoneachThursdayandsubmitmonthly

    nningon22ndeachmonth.Thesubcontractorshallalsoactivelycooperatewiththe

    contractorforthecontractor’sotherreasonablerequirements.Ifthesubcontractorfail

    toexecuteanyitemoftheabovementionedornotcooperatewiththecontractor,the

    subcontractorwillbeimposeafineof1000DHforeachtime
