Thiscomprehensiveproposalmeticulouslyoutlinesthestrategicframeworkfororganizingacampus-wideinternationalexchangeevent,specificallydesignedtobridgeculturaldividesbetweenlocalandinternationalstudentsthroughstructuredinterculturalengagement.Theprimarypurposeofthisinitiativeistoaddressthepervasiveissueofculturalisolationwithinouruniversitycommunity,whereover15%ofthestudentbodycomprisesinternationallearnersyetmeaningfulcross-culturalinteractionsremainscarce,asevidencedbyinstitutionalsurveysindicatingthatapproximately70%ofstudentsexperiencecommunicationbarriers.Toachievetangibleculturalintegration,themethodologyemploysadual-prongedapproach:innovativeice-breakingactivitiessuchas“CulturalBingo”tofosterimmediaterapportandadynamicmulticulturalshowcasefeaturingauthentictalentperformancesandhands-oncraftdemonstrations,allmeticulouslyplannedwithinaconstrainedbudgetandsupportedbyaclearlydefinedteam分工.Theanticipatedoutcomesincludeattractingaminimumof50participantswithabalanceddemographiccomposition(30%internationalstudentsand70%localstudents),achievingpost-eventsatisfactionratesexceeding85%throughrigorousfeedbackmechanisms,andgeneratinghigh-qualitypromotionaldeliverablesincludinganexecutableEnglish-languageproposaldocumentandprofessionalbilingualposters.Ultimately,thiseventservesasareplicablemodelforsustainablecampusinternationalization,enhancingstudents’globalcompetencieswhileestablishingafoundationforfuturerecurringprogramsthatenrichtheuniversity’smulticulturalecosystemandcontributetobroadered
