金融资产转移是指将金融资产让与或交付给该金融资产方以外的另一方（即转入
方）。按照金融资产转移的表现形式分为：

指发起机构（的）将持有的金融资产转移给受托机构（公司）设立的
特定目的主体（特定目的），由特定目的主体以资产支持的形式向投资机构资
产支持，以该金融资产所产生的现金流量支付资产支持收益的结构性融资活动。
