??:TOFD技术是20世纪70年代末期发展起来的一项无损检测技术,在国外压力容器等行业已得到了广泛的应用b自2007年以来,随着国家质检总局特种设备安全监察局402号文的发布,TOFD技术在我国压力容器行业的应用有了突飞猛进的发展b2009年8月31日,固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程正式颁布,规程中明确规定了TOFD检测技术与射线检测技术相同,均为压力容器制造过程中可选的焊接接头的无损检测方法,使得TOFD技术成为压力容器行业关注的焦点b简要介绍了TOFD检测技术的基本原理以及我国TOFD技术应用和标准情况b

Abstract:TOFDtechnique,anondestructivetestingtechnologywhichhasdevelopedsincethelateseventiesofthetwentiethcentury,hasalreadybeenwidelyappliedinvariousindustriessuchaspressurevesselsandetc.BasedontheAnnouncementNo.402,2007publishedbytheBureauofSpecialEquipmentSafetySupervisionin2007,theapplicationoftheTOFDtechniquehasgonethrougharapiddevelopmentinthepressurevesselindustry.InAugust31,2009,TSGR00042009SupervisionRegulationonSafetyTechnologyforStationaryPressureVesselclearlyspecifiedtheTOFDtechnique,justliketheradiographictesting,wasalsoafeasiblenondestructivetestingtechniquefordetectingtheweldjointinthemanufacturingprocessofpressurevessels.TheTOFDtechniquenowbecamethefocusoftheentirepressurevesselindustry.ThisarticlebrieflyillustratedthebasicprinciplesoftheTOFDtechniqueanddescribeditsapplicationandstandardsituationinChina.
