ForthepurposesofthisNDA,ConfidentialInformationshallmeanallnonpublicinformationdisclosedPartyAtoPartyB,whetherdisclosedorally,inwriting,orinspectionoftangibleobjects,including,butnotlimitedto:

b.Tradesecrets,knowhow,formulas,processes,designs,specifications,drawings,prototypes,orsamples;

c.Businessplans,marketingstrategies,orbusinessforecasts;

e.ThetermsofthisNDAandanyrelatedagreements;

f.AnyotherinformationdesignatedPartyAasConfidentialInformation.

2.ObligationofConfidentiality:

2.1.PartyBagreestomaintaintheconfidentialityofallConfidentialInformationreceivedfromPartyA,andwillnotdiscloseoruseanyConfidentialInformationforanypurposeotherthanaspermittedthisNDAorasrequiredlaw.

2.2.PartyBagreesnottomakeanycopiesoftheConfidentialInformationorallowanythirdpartytohaveaccesstotheConfidentialInformation,exceptasauthorizedinwritingPartyA.

3.ExclusionsfromConfidentialInformation:
