摘要

高速公路养护管理系统由数据库、路面使用性能评价模型、路面使用性能预测模型、养护维修对策模型等内容组成。路面管理系统(PMS)是一种科学的管理方式和辅助决策工具，能够有效改变传统的经验决策模式，发挥路面资源的最佳效益，保证路面管理决策的系统化、科学化和现代化。作为PMS的一个子系统，路面养护管理系统(PMMS)决策的关键是有效利用养护资金，使路面处于最佳服务水平或产生最大经济效益。随着我国高速公路建设的发展和高速公路网的逐渐形成，高速公路的养护管理问题显得越发突出和重要.由于目前我国尚缺乏统一的高速公路养护技术标准和规范，而且各地的高速公路养护管理模式都有所不同,因此本文的研究对高速公路自身和区域社会经济的可持续发展都具有重要的理论意义，对高速公路主管部门和具体养护部门的管理决策工作有积极的现实意义.本文针对我国高速公路路面养护管理的现状，以省级范围的高速公路网级路面养护管理决策问题为研究对象，在路面使用性能评价和预测的基础上，构建了高速公路网级路面养护管理系统决策优化研究的主要框架,建立了路面养护资金分配优化模型，讨论了模型的求解算法。

Abstract

PavementManagementSystem(PMS）isakindofscientificmanagementmodeandatoolforassistantdecision。Itisdistinctfromthetraditionaldecisionmodethatdependsonhumanexperience。SoPMSisofbenefittothesystematismscientificityandmodernizationofthepavementmanagementdecision,andgoodformakingbestuseofthepavementresource.PavementMaintenanceManagementSystem(PMMS）isoneofthesubsystemsofPMS．Thepavementperformancepredictionincludingboththeexistingroadconditionandroadageispresented,thepredictionofpavementperformancewillbemorequickandaccurate.Themaintenancedecisionandeconomicanalysismethodofhighgradehighwayarediscussed。Theimprovedexcellent-inferiorcoefficientmethodispresentedwhichutilizesfullytheexpertsknowledge，theerrorisreducedandthemaintenancedecisionobtainedismorereasonable.ThecomputeraidedmaintenancedecisionsystemofExpresswayPavementManagementisdeveloped。Thedatabasesoftheexpresswayinformationareestablished,thenthesystemevaluatesthepavementperformanceautomaticallyandrecommendsthemaintenanceschemebyexpertknowledge.TheestablishmentandtheexecutionofthemaintenancemanagementsystemimprovethemodeofapplicationmanagementandmaintenancemanagementofhighgradehighwayinJiangsuProvinceandestablishthedevelopmentbaseoffuturenetworksystemmanagementofhighgradehighway.
