ABSTRACT:Extendingcardiovasculardiseasepreventionbeyondhealthcaresettingsisneededtoimprovepopulationhealth

andtoadvancehealthequity.Furthermore,evidence-basedpracticesincommunitysettingsleverageassetsandstrengths

(eg,communitytrust,reach)oforganizationsandpractitioners.UsingtheRoadmapforLeveragingImplementationScience

toAchieveCardiovascularHealthEquity,weconductedanarrativereviewtodeterminethescopeofstudiesdescribing

implementationstrategiesofcardiovascularhealthevidence-basedpracticesincommunitysettingsandtoidentifybright

spotsandgapsinwhatisknownaboutimplementingcardiovascularhealthevidence-basedpracticesincommunitysettings.
