江西省他汀类药物综合评价与遴选标准专家共识

摘要：目的 开展他汀类药物的临床综合评价，为临床合理使用他汀药物提供参考依据。方法 由江西省人民医院牵

头，以江西省保健学会为依托，江西省28家三级甲等医院共同参与，根据指南及药品说明书，查阅相关资料，运用德

尔菲专家咨询法征求专家意见，建立他汀类药物综合评价与遴选标准，并运用此标准对8种他汀类药物进行评价。结

果 运用建立的评价标准对他汀类药物有效性、安全性、经济性、可及性、创新性、适宜性6个维度进行了量化评分，

总分数由高到低排序，依次为阿托伐他汀钙片、瑞舒伐他汀钙片、辛伐他汀片、氟伐他汀钠缓释片、普伐他汀钠片、

洛伐他汀片、匹伐他汀钙片和血脂康胶囊。结论 制定的《江西省他汀类药物综合评价与遴选标准专家共识》为医疗

机构遴选并合理使用他汀类药物提供了参考依据。

statinswasestablished,andthecriteriawasusedtoevaluate8statindrugs.ResultsTheconstructedcomprehensiveevaluation

andselectioncriteriaquantitativelyscoredthedrugsfromsixdimensions:effectiveness,safety,economy,accessibility,

innovation,andsuitability.Thetotalscoresfromhightolowwere:atorvastatincalciumtablets,rosuvastatincalciumtablets,

simvastatintablets,fluvastatinsodiumsustained-releasetablets,pravastatinsodiumtablets,lovastatintablets,pitavastatin

calciumtablets,andxuezhikangcapsules.ConclusionTh
