2Abstract:Thesteppedpreloadstresswasgeneratedintheprocessofwrappingandclamping.Thedistributionofthepreloadstresswascompressedintheinnerwall,andtensedattheouterwallwhilethecon2tactofthemiddlelayerswasslack.Thepurposeofthesuperhydrostatictestwasnotonlytodetectthewholestrengthandthecapacityofseal,butalsotoenhancethecontactandtoredistributethestressofthemiddlelayers,whichthestressofinnerwallwasyieldedbythesuperhydrostatictest.Onthebasisofthetheoreticalanalysis,thelowerlimitpressureofsuperhydrostatictestwastheinitialyieldpressure,andtheupperlimitpressurewasthefullyyieldpressure.Thescopeofthehydrostatictestpressure,whichisabout1.5to1.8timesofthedesignpressure,wasverifiedbythetestwhenthediameterratiowas1.2to1.4.
