AbstractObjective:Toconstructatrainingsystemforresearchnursesinmulticenterdrugclinicaltrialinstitutions.Methods:Literature
retrievalandanalysiswereconductedtodrafttheinitialtrainingsystemforresearchnursesinmulticenterdrugclinicaltrialinstitutions.
Tworoundsofexpertconsultationwerecarriedout,andbasedonthefeedbackreceived,thefinalversionoftrainingsystemforresearch
nursesinmulticenterdrugclinicaltrialinstitutionswasdeveloped.Results:Theconstructedtrainingsystemforresearchnursesinmulticenter
drugclinicaltrialinstitutionsincluded6first⁃levelindicators(theoreticalknowledgeability,professionalpracticalability,programimplementation
ability,communicationandcollaborationability,overallmanagementability,professionaldevelopmentability),19second⁃levelindicators,
and58third⁃levelindicators.Thequestionnairereturnratesforbothroundsofexpertconsultationswere100.00%,withexpertauthority
coefficientsof0.919forbothrounds.Thecoefficientsofvariationwererangedfrom0.05to0.23andrangedfrom0.00to0.21,respectively,
whileKendall′sWwere0.113and0.205(bothP0.001).Conclusions:Theconstructedtrainingsystemforresearchnursesinmulticenter
drugclinicaltrialinstitutionshadcertainscientificity,innovation,andpracticality.
