发动机罩/门–罩支撑杆

拆卸

注意事项：

•尽量避免触摸杆的行程部分，以防止异物附着在行程部分。

维修时务必握住气缸。

•处理杆时不要戴棉质手套或其他类似材料。纤维可能会

附着在杆上并导致气体泄漏。

•不要在气缸的水平方向施加任何负载，以防止活塞杆变形。

1.拆卸发动机罩支撑组件

(a)使用螺丝刀，松开2个卡扣并拆下发动机罩支撑

组件。NOTICE:在用手支撑发动机罩的同时拆卸发动

机罩支撑组件。

REMOVAL

NOTICE:

•Avoidtouchingthestrokeportionsoftherodasmuch

aspossibletopreventforeignmatterfromattachingto

thestrokeportions.Besuretoholdthecylinders

whileservicing.

•Donotwearcottonglovesorothersimilarmaterials

whenhandlingtherod.Fibersmayattachtotherod

andresultingasleaks.

•Donotapplyanyloadtothecylindersinthehorizontal

directioninordertopreventtherodfrombeing

deformed.

1.REMOVEHOODSUPPORTASSEMBLY

(a)Usingascrewdriver,disengagethe2clipsand

removethehoodsupportassembly.

NOTICE:

Removethehoodsupportassemblywhile

supportingthehoodbyhand.
