化工系统大口径金属管道爆破吹扫策略分析

摘要：化工系统管道内部结构复杂且杂质分布不均，清理难度较大，在清洗吹扫过程中还需兼顾对管道本身及附属设备
的保护，以避免造成损伤。文章介绍了化工系统管道内的杂质分类，细致区分了固态颗粒杂质、液态杂质、气态杂质的特
性与来源。同时，深度剖析了大口径金属管道爆破吹扫过程中的难点，并提出了一系列切实可行的解决策略，以确保管
道在完成吹扫后能够保持良好的运行性能。

anddistinguishesthecharacteristicsandsourcesofsolidparticleimpurities,liquidimpuritiesandgaseousimpuritiesindetail.At
thesametime,thediff icultiesintheblowingprocessoflargediametermetalpipelinearedeeplyanalyzed,andaseriesofpractical
solutionsareproposedtoensurethatthepipelinecanmaintaingoodoperationperformanceafterthecompletionofblowing.
