海上油田电潜泵井环空补液生产机理研究

摘要：电潜泵作为深井抽油的核心设备，在油气田开采中得到广泛应用。然而，在深井生产过程中，井筒环空的补液问题

仍是影响生产效率与井下设备安全的关键因素，这就需要加强对电潜泵井环空补液生产机理及优化补液工艺的研究，

为电潜泵井的安全高效运行提供技术支撑。文章系统研究了电潜泵井环空补液的生产机理，分析了补液流量、井内压力

场、补液液体特性等因素对生产性能的影响。在此基础上，提出了针对性的电潜泵井环空补液优化策略，为电潜泵井环

空补液技术的有效应用提供了参考。

Abstract:Asthecoreequipmentofdeepwellpumping,electricsubmersiblepumphasbeenwidelyusedinoilandgasf ield

exploitation.However,intheprocessofdeepwellproduction,theproblemoffluidreplacementinthewellboreannulusisstilla

keyfactoraffectingtheproductioneff iciencyandthesafetyofdownholeequipment.Therefore,itisnecessarytostrengthenthe

researchontheproductionmechanismoftheannularrehydrationoftheelectricsubmersible-pumpwellandtheoptimizationofthe

rehydrationprocess,soastoprovidetechnicalsupportforthesafeandeff icientoperationoftheelectricsubmersible-pumpwell.

Thispapersystematicallystudiestheproductionmechanismofannularrehydrationinelectricsubmersivepumpwells,andanalyzes

theeffectsofrehydrationflow,pressuref ieldinwells,andcharacteristicsofrehydrationliquidonproductionperformance.Onthis

basis,atargetedoptimizationstrategyfortheannularrehydrationoftheelectricsubmersive-pumpwellisproposed,whichprovides

areferencefortheeffectiveapplicationoftheannularrehydrationtechnologyoftheelectricsubmersive-pumpwell.
