中国心脏移植规范化高质量发展的探索与展望

摘要

中国心脏移植近年来取得显著进展，2024年心脏移植手术量达1064例，术后1年及5年生存率分别提升至85%和

71%，技术成熟度接近国际先进水平。然而，供体短缺、区域发展不均衡及术后管理规范化不足仍是主要挑战。为推进

规范化高质量发展，我国通过《人体器官捐献和移植条例》强化法律保障，并依托中国人体器官分配与共享计算机系统

和中国心脏移植注册数据系统优化管理。未来仍需多维度发力：提升供体捐献率与供体心脏利用率；整合多中心临床数

据，建立风险评估模型和分级评估制度；利用人工智能技术优化术后随访及免疫抑制剂方案；加强无创免疫监测、常温

器官灌注保存等关键技术研究，探索异种移植新路径。在“健康中国2030”规划纲要战略引领下，制度、技术与模式的

创新将推动中国心脏移植实现从跟跑到领跑的跨越。

Abstract

Chinascardiactransplantationhasachievedsignificantprogressinrecentyears,cardiactransplantationwasperformed

in1064patientsin2024and1-year/5-yearsurvivalrateswere85%and71%,respectively,thesedatademonstratedthe

technicalmaturityofcardiactransplantationinChina,approachinginternationaladvancedstandards.However,challenges

suchasdonorshortages,regionaldisparities,andinsufficientstandardizationofpostoperativemanagementremaincritical.To

promotestandardizedhigh-qualitydevelopment,ChinahasstrengthenedlegalsafeguardsthroughtheHumanOrganDonation

andTransplantationRegulationRulesandoptimizedmanagementviasystemsliketheOrganAllocationSystemandtransplant

registries.Futureeffortsshouldbemadebypromotingfollowingmulti-dimensionalstrategies:enhancingdonordonationrates

anddonorheartutilizationefficiency,integratingmulticenterclinic
