2025年工业废水处理服务协议

Parties

ThisServiceAgreement(the“Agreement”)isenteredintoandeffectiveasof[EffectiveDate],byandbetween[OwnersFullLegalName](“Owner”),havingitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[OwnersAddress],and[ServiceProvidersFullLegalName](“ServiceProvider”),havingitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[ServiceProvidersAddress].

DefinitionsandInterpretations

InthisAgreement,unlessthecontextotherwiserequires:

1.“Agreement”meansthisIndustrialWastewaterTreatmentServiceAgreement,includingallattachmentsincorporatedbyreferenceherein.

2.“IndustrialWastewater”meansallwastewatergeneratedfromOwner’sindustrialprocesses,includingbutnotlimitedto[describespecifictypesofwastewaterifapplicable,e.g.,productionwastewater,coolingtowerblowdown,rinsewater],whichissubjecttotreatmentunderthisAgreement.

3.“TreatmentFacility”meanstheequipment,systems,andinfrastructureownedoroperatedbyServiceProviderforthetreatmentofIndustrialWastewaterforOwner.

4.“TreatmentCapacity”meansthemaximumvolumeofIndustrialWastewaterthattheTreatmentFacilitycanprocessperday,asspecifiedinExhibitA[ifapplicable,otherwisedescribecapacity,e.g.,upto100cubicmetersperday].

5.“QualifiedDischargeStandards”meanstheeffluentqualitystandardsspecifiedin[Mentionrelevantstandards,e.g.,theNationalIntegratedWastewaterDischargeStandard(GB8978-1996)orlocalregulationsXYZ],asamendedfromtimetotime.

6.“ServiceFees”meansthecompensationpayablebyOwnertoServiceProviderfortheprovisionoftheServicesunderthisAgreement.

7.“Notice”meansanywrittencommunicationrequiredorpermittedunderthisAgreement.

8.“Day”meansanytwenty-four(24)consecutivehours.

9.“Week”meansanyseven(7)consecutivedays.

10.“Month”meansanythirty(30)consecutivedays.
