【摘要】

在突发公共卫生事件中，大数据、云计算及人工智能等数智技术可以为医护人力资源配置提供实时、精准和高效的决

策支持。笔者就数智化决策技术在突发公共卫生事件下医护人力资源配置中的研究进行综述，为推动突发公共卫生事件应急管理

体系数智化转型、实现医护人力资源合理配置提供参考。

医护人力资源作为应对突发公共卫生事件的第一能化的高级阶段。数智化具有3个层面的含义，一是

资源，其配置水平与患者结局密切相关，在短时间数字智慧化，即将人的智慧加入大数据；二是智慧数
