消防救援队伍遂行卫勤保障工作模式和机制探讨

【摘要】消防救援队伍是应急救援的主要和常备力量，承担着灾害救援与应急管理，站在抢险救援第一线，在

救护过程中，通常面临着危险复杂多变的环境，消防救援人员难免会受伤害。及时、准确和高效地保障他们的

身体健康及安全，预防疾病的发生和传播，保持良好的心理素养，最好的作战状态，是我们遂行卫勤保障工作

的首要职责，保障消防救援队员身体健康至关重要。本文通过查阅文献，整理现行医疗质量管理相关制度规范，

探讨遂行卫勤保障工作模式和机制，旨在达到更好的救援效果，避免消防救援队员在救援中受到伤害，提高治愈

归队率，降低残废率和死亡率，提高消防救援队伍在灾害事故现场的救护能力，完善我国消防救援体系。

【Abstract】Thefirerescueteamisthemainandstandingforceofemergencyrescue,undertakingthetasksof

disasterrescueandemergencymanagement,andstandingonthefrontlineofemergencyrescue.Duringtheprocessof

rescue,theyusuallyfaceadangerous,complexandchangeableenvironment,resultingininevitableinjuries.Timely,

accurateandefficientprotectionoftheirhealthandsafety,preventionoftheoccurrenceandspreadofdiseases,

maintaininggoodpsychologicalliteracy,andthebestcombatconditionaretheprimaryresponsibilitiesofourhealth

andlogisticssupportwork.Itisveryimportanttoensurethehealthoffireandrescuepersonnel.Thispaperreviewed

therelevantliteratures,sortedoutthecurrentmedicalqualitymanagement-relatedsystemsandnorms,anddiscussed

themodeandmechanismofhealthandservicesupport,aimingtoachievebetterrescueresults,avoidfirerescueteam
