BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Amg-1是⼀种强效、可逆且选择性的吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶(IDO1)抑制剂(IC50=3.0μM)。Amg-1对IDO2的

选择性⾼80倍以上(IC50250μM)，对TDO的选择性⾄少⾼20倍以上(IC5062.5μM)。Amg-1可⽤于

癌症、低⾎压和神经系统疾病的研究[1]。
